About G-Force Capital

G-Force Capital joins IT forces in the North
Most start-ups face the same challenges. How do I translate my idea to a market-ready product or service? How can I finance this? How do I create a solid foundation for my company to enable it to grow? This is no different for IT start-ups. G-Force Capital professionally joins forces in Groningen to give promising IT companies a tremendous boost.

G-Force Capital is committed to continuity and return
G-Force Capital is active in Groningen: a dynamic environment in which IT start-ups are part of everyday life. Experienced IT entrepreneur from Groningen Marco de Jong is the fund’s knowledgeable fund manager, who always involves experienced entrepreneurs as co-investors.

G-Force Capital has an extensive and high-quality local, regional and international network with plenty of opportunities for access, cooperation and exit in the future. The focus is on continuity and return for the participating interest as well as for G-Force Capital itself.

Who is G-Force Capital’s target group?
G-Force Capital is intended for smart, goal-oriented and passionate (budding) entrepreneurs. The fund is always looking for emerging companies and start-ups with a well thought-out IT proposition who wish to locate or are located in the province of Groningen and who need (pre) seed capital. Student entrepreneurs and spin-offs or spin-outs of existing IT companies often come up with good concepts that can flourish with additional investment. Within the own portfolio, second-round investments are also possible. G-Force Capital involves co-investors, provided they add value, and is looking for additional fund capital to enlarge its fund capital in the first two years. Are you interested? Then please contact Marco de Jong.

How does G-Force Capital invest?
G-Force Capital invests in equity or convertibles, in amounts varying from €10 to €100 (first round) and in amounts of up to €250 per participating interest in second-round investments (limited to own portfolio). A condition is that both the start-up and the experienced entrepreneur co-invest. Contact Marco de Jong for more information. G-Force Capital invests only on the basis of convincing business cases if market introduction is expected within one year after the investment.
